Fun Days Demos and Trunk Show        Saturday July 26th        9:00am – 5:00 pm
This is the “fun day” where we will have four or more demonstration stations that you will move to in a

doilies, padded appliqué, fringing and in the hoop quilting.  There will also be demonstrations on My
Label software and on the Accu-cut.  You will also have a “shopping and browsing” session where you

our shop as well).  You do not need to bring your sewing machine for this day.  You will receive a CD
with all the designs and instructions for the projects you have seen during the day.  The fee for this day
is $100.00 and includes the demonstrations, Continental breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon

On the last evening, the 28th, we plan to have a dinner with Santi for which folks will be asked to
register in advance so we can make reservations.  This will be at one of Fredericksburg’s nicer
restaurants and an opportunity for those who wish to relax and enjoy Santi.   Dinner will be Dutch Treat.

Our website will have hyper links to Fredericksburg area tourism bureau web sites should you decide to
bring the entire family for a weekender.  This would make a great vacation for you and for your family at
the same time.

Be sure to wear something each day with a Hatched in Africa design on your clothes to surprise Santi.

We will open each morning at 8:00 am to give you time for coffee and bagels before classes begin.

To reiterate:  If you attend both sit and sew days and fun day, the fee will be $285 rather than $300.

Please feel free to call if you have questions.
